Overview

For our key clients in the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.Net) to lead core architecture and technical execution. You’ll work on scaling mission-critical systems while shaping the AI development roadmap, strengthening engineering standards, and influencing how the team builds and delivers products.

We are a fast-growing team at Bangladesh Software Solution, building scalable and user-friendly web solutions for our European clients . To strengthen our team, internationally minded, enthusiastic, and driven fresh graduates to join our team in Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using C#/.NET
  • Design, expose, and manage secure APIs through Azure API Management (APIM)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML for automated testing and deployment
  • Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep to provision secure, scalable, and consistent cloud infrastructure
  • Use Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy and operate reliable, scalable applications
  • Lead technical decisions across integrations, workflows, and AI/LLM-powered systems
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in daily engineering workflows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with C#/.NET, APIs and Azure integration Services
  • Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted software development.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, system design, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Comfortable making technical decisions, solving complex problems, and mentoring others.
  • Experience with production LLM applications, automation, integrations, or martech/SEO tooling is a plus.
  • Available full-time at our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
