Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to building intelligent, scalable solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven systems and automation workflows that transform data into actionable business insights. As part of our 2026 AI & Automation roadmap, you will play a key role in integrating AI across diverse industry-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, computer vision, and behavioral analysis
  • Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge retrieval and automated reporting
  • Integrate AI models and APIs into web and mobile applications in collaboration with the development team
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and low-latency deployment of AI systems
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for AI services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines effectively
  • Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Python along with at least one major AI/ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
  • Practical understanding of building automation pipelines and integrating AI services through APIs
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to craft effective prompts
  • Good knowledge of data storage systems, including relational databases (SQL) and vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or ChromaDB
  • Experience preparing and optimizing datasets for machine learning tasks
  • Basic hands-on knowledge of computer vision applications (e.g., detection, recognition)
  • Comfortable using Git for version control and understanding of model deployment workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with automation tools such as n8n or similar low-code platforms
  • Exposure to document-based AI systems, especially RAG implementations in sectors like legal, healthcare, or public services
  • Awareness of local industry challenges and opportunities, particularly in sectors like RMG or agriculture
