Overview

Bangladesh Software Solution is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive / Business Development Trainee to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in business development, software services, client communication, lead generation, and sales. You will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, build relationships, understand business needs, and contribute to growing our software development services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, and other business channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads for software development and IT services.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and introduce our services professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects to move leads through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain lead, prospect, and client information in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
  • Support the team in preparing sales strategies, presentations, and business development activities.
  • Participate in online meetings, client discussions, and business networking activities.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have good communication skills in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interest in software, technology, and IT services.
  • Basic understanding of websites, software development, eCommerce, or digital services is an advantage.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and online meetings.
  • Good research, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Candidates with a strong interest in international client communication and B2B sales will be preferred.
