Overview

Bangladesh Software Solution is looking for a passionate Front-end Engineer (Junior/Intern) to build modern, user-friendly web applications. You will develop responsive interfaces, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless user experience across devices.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to turn ideas into functional, visually appealing products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean code and building intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers to deliver pixel-perfect web applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including senior Developers and business stakeholders.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions, asking questions and contributing ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge / experience specifically with frontend technologies
  • Extensive experience with 𝐇𝐓𝐌𝐋, 𝐂𝐒𝐒, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭 is a requirement
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS), Bootstrap, Tailwind.
  • Knowledge with C#.NET/ Python / PHP /WordPress is a plus
  • Maintain best practices, responsiveness, pixel perfection, and quality code.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong academic background in programming is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and techniques with guidance from senior developers.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
