Overview

At Bangladesh Software Solution, we are looking for highly creative, motivated, and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer (Junior & Intern)to join our design team. We value individuals who have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, possess a keen eye for detail, and can create elegant and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Develop user journeys, user stories, and design mockups
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve user experience
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
  • Support the design team with UI improvements and visual assets

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Strong sense of design (typography, color, layout)
  • Interest in designing for both mobile apps and web/dashboard interfaces
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
