Ladily is a Bangladesh based skin-care business that initially operated primarily through Facebook. Customer inquiries, product selection, confirmations, and order placement were largely managed through messages and manual follow ups. While this model supported early growth, it limited visibility, reporting, and operational control as order volume increased.
Bangladesh Software Solution designed and implemented ladily.com.bd to move the business from a Facebook dependent selling model to a structured, scalable e-commerce operation. The website was built to reflect real buying behavior in Bangladesh while introducing the process discipline required for nationwide fulfillment, pre order management, and inventory accuracy.
Ladily was and still is a Facebook led commerce brand, but relying on chat based order handling created operational constraints. Orders were difficult to track consistently, inventory accuracy depended on manual updates, and reporting could not reliably reflect demand, stock movement, or fulfillment status. Pre order items added complexity because availability and lead times differ from ready stock. Outside Dhaka deliveries increased the risk of cancellations and return losses. At the same time, the customer journey needed to remain fast and familiar for mobile first buyers. The client also wanted a cost efficient hosting approach that could deliver performance and reliability without the recurring expense of AWS or Azure.
The implementation focused on converting the Facebook driven business into a structured web based commerce workflow, introducing advance payment policies for higher risk deliveries and pre order items, unifying Facebook orders with the website so inventory and reporting remain accurate, improving checkout completion through a custom one page checkout, and deploying the platform on reliable infrastructure with optimized running cost.

The website became the operational system of record for products, pricing, orders, and inventory movement. We implemented an advanced payment mechanism that supports location based and product type based rules. Customers outside Dhaka, and customers purchasing pre order products, can be required to pay an advance amount during checkout. This reduces fulfillment risk and improves order reliability, especially for courier deliveries and long lead time items.
To respect existing customer behavior, we built an internal feature that allows orders placed on Facebook to be entered into the website as formal orders. This ensured that Facebook remained a high performing sales channel while the website maintained a single source of truth for inventory, order status, and performance reporting.
We designed and developed a custom theme aligned with Ladily’s brand and implemented a custom one page checkout. The checkout experience was simplified to reduce steps, improve speed, and support a smoother buying journey for mobile first customers.
We implemented inventory capabilities that provide visibility into pre order quantities, currently placed or reserved order quantities, and delivered quantities. This improves planning, reduces overselling, and supports predictable pre order fulfillment.
We integrated the bKash payment gateway to provide secure and familiar payments. Payment records are tracked inside the bKash plugin within the platform, supporting reconciliation and transparency, particularly for advance payment scenarios.
The platform was deployed in a private VPS environment using Docker for containerized deployment and Traefik for routing and traffic management. This delivered strong performance on capable hardware while reducing ongoing hosting cost compared to typical public cloud setups.
